AKS Teknik is a small manufacturer in Izmir, Turkey. We design, machine and assemble every tool ourselves — deburring tools, marking tools, roller burnishing tools. No outsourcing, no middlemen. When you buy from us, you're buying directly from the people who made it.
A Real Workshop, Real People
We're not a trading company. We're not a catalogue brand that puts its label on somebody else's product. We have a workshop in Izmir with 7–8 CNC machines, a tight engineering team, and a hands-on approach to everything we do.
Every tool that leaves our shop has been designed here, machined here, assembled here and tested here. We know every dimension, every tolerance, every spring force — because we made it.
Our team is small. That's intentional. It means the engineer who designed your tool is the same person who answers your technical questions. There's no call centre, no ticket system. You talk to us directly.
Our Story
Founded in Izmir
AKS Teknik was established with a simple idea: build high-quality CNC tooling that solves real problems on the shop floor — and sell it at a fair price, directly to the people who use it.
First European Customers
We started shipping tools to European manufacturers. Germany, Italy, Finland — companies that needed deburring and marking solutions that actually worked, from a manufacturer that actually understood the application.
Patent Applications
Two patent applications filed for our proprietary tool mechanisms. Our R&D is driven by customer problems — not by trends. If a customer has a deburring challenge that nobody else can solve, that's where our next product comes from.
15+ Years, 12 Countries
Over 100 projects completed. Tools running in CNC machines and robotic cells across the USA, Germany, Italy, Canada, South Korea, Finland, France and more. Still the same small workshop. Still the same direct approach.
What We Manufacture

Deburring Tools
Flexible and axial deburring tools for CNC machining centres. Spindle-driven and pneumatic models. Remove burrs automatically in the CNC cycle — no hand finishing.
Marking Tools
Pneumatic dot peen, coolant-driven and scratch marking tools. Mount in the spindle, mark directly on the machine — serial numbers, date codes, logos.
Roller Burnishing Tools
Internal, external and single roll burnishing tools. Mirror-finish surfaces in seconds — no grinding, no honing. Ra below 0.1 µm on all metals.
